5. Shipping

5.1. Cancellation Policy

5.1.1. You have the right to cancel your order anytime before your order has been processed for dispatch by our warehouse.

5.1.2. All orders received before 4pm (local warehouse time) are processed the same day.

5.2. Shipping Policy

5.2.1. Our products are shipped worldwide via DHL or other carriers depending on your location.

5.2.2. Packages will arrive within 5-8 business days for urban locations, and within 5-12 business days for all other zones.

5.2.3. Shipping and handling of all orders are free. We have included standard shipping and handling in all prices listed on this website.

5.2.4. Please note that shipments are not implemented on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays. Orders placed after 10AM (local warehouse time) on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.

5.2.5. All packages are insured, delivery is guaranteed.

5.2.6. If your package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or fails to be delivered for any reason, we will reship it for free.

5.2.7. We cannot guarantee the exact time or arrival date as this does not depend solely on us. Please note that all products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers / suppliers we partner with.

5.2.8. While many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers or suppliers we partner with, your contract of sale is with HAYVO LIMITED. We are responsible for handling your order, payment and statutory consumer rights. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturing defects or delays attributable to third-party manufacturers, suppliers, carriers or customs authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Reversals and Chargebacks

6.1. In case of an ambiguous situation, we reserve the right to file a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate.

6.2. All your activity and IP address information is being monitored. This information may be used in civil and/or criminal cases against a client if there is fraudulent use of the website and/or theft of products offered on this website.
